A new challenge unlock when customer request to use specific solid wood to custom box instead using our normal material pine wood to custom a box. Our head management accept the order to make sample of the box and start to look for Red Grandis wood for this project. It’s not difficult to found this material in Malaysia, but the raw material cost was very expensive. For this project, customer has provide each and every detail from the material, box design, size, lock design, hinges design, and even the rubber leg under the box.
After reviewing the sample, customer satisfied with the final product of the sample and proceed with the bulk order. We occur a few obstacle during production of this box such as time limit given and short workers. However, everything sort out with discussion between production and management to solve the problem rise.
With this new achievement, we believe we can accept more challenge in future to growth our company and sharpen our skills to be as good as international brand.
